World-renowned author and celebrity Robert Pino mesmerized a rapt audience of 40 attendees as he presented 24 Laws of Negotiation at the beautiful Hotel ZaZa in Dallas June 16. The program shared secrets from the science of psychology and persuasion to help professionals in sales, marketing, and management.

He taught us to be resourceful to tap into the subconscious mind of others.  By using our senses and asking questions, we can distinguish among the other person's needs, wants, and desires.  He cautioned that to take control of negotiations we have to learn to listen to our feelings.  The highlight of the session was an exercise with a partner to learn how they think - whether they access the past by looking left or right and whether they're primarily visual, auditory, or kinesthetic.
