EFactor presents: 7-Steps to a Successful Startup

Event Recap

We kicked off our first event in Seattle with Naeem Zafar and many other representatives from the entrepreneurial community in Seattle. Joining us as panelist were Jeff Levy and Patricia Diaz-Kismarton, both bringing their expertise  in building their own companies up from scratch. Jeff has extensive experience working with franchises and Patricia shed light on her development of her wellness studios for women. Both added valuable perspectives on launching successfully which Naeem focused on. There can never be an exact formula needed in order to validate your ability to succeed as a startup. However, by using unique perspectives of individuals such as Jeff and Patricia, Naeem discussed 7 areas that need to be considered before launching into your startup.

Some of the main points discussed touched on market discovery and validation for your product. However, Naeem stresses that the primary element needed to build a successful startup relies on the team that you build to move your startup into fruition.

Although the event was small, good connections and ideas were shared, and all benefitted from the concepts that Naeem discussed. If you missed the event, take a look at the slides from Naeem’s presentation, and join the conversation on EFactor discussing the event.

Join the Seattle group page and discuss the elements that you were interested here.
