Suppose you are a small to mid sized business owner and see the signs that may point to the fact that the economy is slowly picking up again. You are looking for ways to grow your business and realize that the old fashioned ways of organically growing may not necessary be the most beneficial ways of growing your organization in 2010. Time to team up with others and explore the area of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships as an effective way to grow your business.

The Alliance Conversation is a project aimed at these small to mid sized business owners with the mission to provide a resource with easy access to learn about Strategic Alliances and Partnerships. At first, early 2010, The Alliance Conversation will provide an audio channel that will bring you conversations with people who have first hand experience with Alliances. You will hear their stories, learn from their experiences, successes and lessons learned, all packed in a free weekly 20 minute podcast. Secondly, later in in the first half of 2010, a book will be published bundling the conversations and lessons learned in an easy accessible format.

Whether you are a business owner, organizational leader with interest in The Alliance Conversation and/or have experienced Alliances and Partnerships before; I would greatly appreciate your input:
