I am a change agent at heart. My interests often relate to the relationships between inspiration, innovation, and invention relative to the evolution of human consciousness. I am intrigued with how transformation, transmutation, and transfiguration happens through practicing collaborative design, collective change, and the idea of technology being a sacred extension of ourselves. ... My philosophies may be a bit 'out there', but I also love a good game of golf, tennis, sand volleyball, or a hike in the woods. :)

Hi there. I am Founding Principal of http://DiscoveryFuel.com. With an emphasis in sustainability in business and sustainable innovation, I specialize in group facilitation services for strategic planning, vision and mission development, product and service design and improvement, organizational assessment, conflict resolution, and change management. I know how to effectively align management teams and company sectors to generate collaborative systemic solutions. I have over fifteen years experience in results-focused facilitation, consulting, training, and executive coaching for a variety of industries including information technology and health care. I have a unique ability to quickly establish rapport with audiences and clients that allow him to effectively lead strategic planning and project improvement, and team effectiveness sessions to get them to the next level. My education and experiences include design engineering, strategic business planning, company startup design, organizational development, culture change, and sustainable innovation. He has both systems thinking and behavioral management skills, which provide for a holistic understanding of individuals and their roles within company innovation and change processes.
