Founder of Global Crest, LLC: ---World Music, Global Affairs, Lifestyle for the young global professional and go-giver. My own identity as an artist and art coordinator in both the performing and visual arts, has allowed me to bring a great creativity to this vision, that meets today's global professional needs of living an exciting, educational, and giving in compassion lifestyle. Art is giving, and the artist has been given a special gift from God to present both the reality, and the limitless possibilities in life. Developed and implemented public/education programming from tours to artist talks. Collaborated with University Relations with developing publicity spots for the museum to promote upcoming shows and events. Co-developed conservation/collections management to ensure proper care of the museum's art collection. Press Release: Get Down! Town
Saved in Open Office: 2005 Press Release of Get Down! Town. Get Down! Town was a city-wide "back to school" festival for the local college/university students in Greensboro, NC/Guilford County. Greensboro is known for its heavy collegiate atmosphere with 2 major state universities practically on the same street (UNC-Greensboro and NC A&T State University), two well known collecges (Greensboro College and Guilford College), and GTCC (technical community college). In addition, just 15 minutes away in the same Guilford County, there is the high profile High Point University led by the well-respected corporate business guru Nido Quibein and additional community college branches. I joined the Get Down! Town committee to help make this event successful. The event attracted around 10,000 visitors, among them a rush of college students via shuttles connecting their university/college campus to the central location of the event. I developed this press release to assist in the exciting public relations strategies that the committee organized. This had to have been one of the most exciting experiences I ever had.
Press Release: Robert Holmes Art Exhibition
Saved in Open Office: Press Release for the Robert Holmes Collection. I had written this press release a few years ago as Curator/Curator of Education for the North Carolina A&T State University Galleries. This was one of the museums major exhibitions, as it exhibited a diverse and rich collection from a nationally known entertainment attorney who worked for Motown, Columbian Pictures, and Arista Records. In addition, some of his high profile clients and projects included working with the estate of Andy Conan Doyle (Sherlock Holmes) and famed artist Andy Warhol.
