This event had a great turnout, with many people specializing in event marketing industry. Constant Contact’s Erik Mintz gave many pointers on: important tools for small business marketing, the importance of permission marketing - which is centered around obtaining customer consent to receive information from a company or organization, building relationships through engagement marketing, and defining event marketing as: promoting your events to look professional, while capturing online registrations and payments with ease, to working smarter by tracking event progress...etc.
The panel was filled with great insights with last minute additions from Constant Contact: Elyse Tager and Mark Schmulen. Mark, especially, answered so many questions that the audience were so eager to ask. All in all, people stayed after the event to get some one-on-one, face-to-face time with all the panelists. Great turnout on a nice summer day in San Francisco!
