Top 10 Most Annoying (aka rude) Behaviours

1. While visiting a client, you pick up a call and keep talking on the phone whilst the client stands there waiting to greet you!
2. Knowing you'll get to your appointment too late, but not calling ahead to let you contact know
3. Talking too loudly over a business dinner in a restaurant
4. Chewing gum during a conversation with ANYone...
5. Looking at your PDA whilst in a meeting
6. Wearing Mickey Mouse ties and/or white sports socks
7. Name dropping even though it is obvious you don't even know those people
8. Interrupting when your client is talking
9. Looking over your contact's shoulder whilst you are talking with them - or simply not focusing on the conversation you are having
10. making rude, inappropriate jokes - often either racist, sexist or woman-unfriendly.

"I'll get back with you". But with no intentions of doing so. I would characterize that as a lack or guts or of being dishonest.
