Establishing your personal brand

John Moore | Oct 11, 09 | 366 Views | Topics: Networking

While I have a voice for blogging and a face for radio I want to continue playing with other ways of sharing my thoughts with all of you.

This presentation does a great job of discussing how to use Twitter to establish your personal brand. (15:26 minutes).

I hope you find this useful.

John

    John,
I am still not convinced that selling thru 140 character bits results in a true presentation and leading to a true "ones brand". There seems to be a lot of crap on Twitter and like services. I listened to your video and looked up the companies you are working for. You are one of the "converted" for sure but was it that hard of a decision for you as you work in electronic media and internet based business services.

I doubt very much that one can be judged or their brand developed by following a peson's short ramblings or contributing short ramblings. Maybe many sessions put together one can develop an image. But who wants to spend that much effort and days to discover a persons brand. You promote this as the builder of ones brand but for the reader how does he see the brand from one or two or several 140 bits.

    Bill
