Our first E.Factor Lounge - and a fabulous, classy space to boot. You can mix with other entrepreneurs in the sunken sitting area, sit down and work in one of the booths and enjoy high-quality catering whilst you are at it. This is one of the most beautiful spaces we have seen.

US Private Member Clubs
US Members with the Domestic E.Lounges E.SSENTIAL or anyone with the International E.Lounges E.SSENTIAL can enjoy a wide range of dining and social privileges on a space available basis at participating (over 650) business and sports clubs in the US and around the world.
Privileges include two separate reservations per membership, per 30-day period, per participating business club. Additionally, you get access to hotels and resort partners both domestically and internationally. In addition your membership provides tickets to any theater, sports, or concert events nationwide.

Hub Culture Penthouse Pavilion, Cannes
The Hub Culture Penthouse Pavilion is situated in the quiet heart of Cannes minutes away from the famed Croisette. Private dining, meeting and event space is available by special appointment year-round for E.Factor members looking for integrated workspace while in the South of France. During May and June, the Pavilion is open full time to cater to advertising, film and media professionals in the Hub Culture and E.Factor network.
