How much does an E.Factor membership cost?

We make it really easy - you can become a member of E.Factor without paying anything at all.

When you first sign up with E.Factor, you are automatically classified as a Basic Member. Many of the items that you would pay for on other networks are free on E.Factor - connections, request, even simply asking a question to a Coach and posting your business info in our Business Directory. 

However, if you would like to attend more then one of our 100 Global Events, want access to our great E.lounges, get a Business Coach specifically to help your business thrive ... we have constructed an a la carte menu that you can pick and choose from and which will help save money on almost everything we offer.

Being an E.Factor Member - what do you offer?

Because of the high quality of special services such as Finance Requests, Classifieds and others that we offer, there are fees associated with such services. For more information on charges, please read the "Premium Services" section of this page.

Being an E.Factor Member - What do you guys offer?:

We provide all our members with a lot of support and services, even if you don't pay anything for it. And we allow you to pick and choose from all of the other services we offer:


* Find other Business Entrepreneurs via Geography, Industry or simply Keyword;
* Post your Business information on our Business Directory;
* Send out an offer to all other members on your product or service via our Member-2-Member Marketplace;
* Ask a question of one of our expert Coaches;
* Read blogs offering information exclusive to E.Factor;
* Search the knowledge database for anything that has been asked before
* Enjoy special discounts and deals that we have negotiated exclusively for E.Factor members
* Post your business via our Classifieds (one-off fee applies).
* Post your Funding request to our group of Investors (one-off fee applies)

In additional all our basic members will receive  FREE Platinum Access Society Card which gives you access to restaurant certificates, a travel concierge, your personal free conference call service and event tickets.

And all members have the ability to join our collective Health insurance. No need to fill in extensive questionaires or declare pre-existing conditions. Just apply for one of the packages we offer. See Question "Tell me more about E.Factor Healthcare Plans" for further info.

Will my Premium Service subscription renew automatically?

Yes, all Premium Services (unless it is a one-off such as in Finance Requests) do renew automatically and payments are on a recurring basis.

We will renew your Service at the end of every period (based on your original subscription this can be monthly, quarterly or annually) until you tell us you wish to stop using this Premium Service. To let us know, please drop us an email at unsubscribe@efactor.com.

Ofcourse the rate of your Service cannot go up suddenly without us telling you first. If we do have to make any changes to the Service for whatever reason, we will let you know as long in advance as reasonably possible.

If you do decide to cancel your subscription - then we will make that effective on the day following the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Also worth noting in case you are concerned about what we do with your credit card or Paypal details - we have opted not to store your details on our servers though, but instead to work with a specialised payment provider who is very strictly regulated and monitored.

What is your Platinum Package?

Our Platinum Package basically will give you access to ALL the Premium Services and tools we make available to our members. And at a great discount, saving your hundreds of $$ each year.

So for instance:

  • Full Lounge Access globally;
  • E.Mentoring on a monthly basis on any topic you need;

How do I get some help?

We can give you support in a number of different ways:

For technical support:

a) first of all, please check our Help button at the top of your page. This will already give you pointers on how to access various tools and services on the site;
b) Via the site - if you cannot find the answer there, you can contact us via the Chat window (please check to see if we are online), dropping us a Message in our inboxes (www.efactor.com/marion or roeland or adrie).
c) Via email - if you would prefer to send us an email please direct your email to membersupport@efactor.com

To give you help with business queries, we have constructed a team of experts that can answer your questions.

How long does it take before I am able to access the site?

You will get access within a few seconds after signing up online by clicking on the JOIN FOR FREE button on our homepage and completing the simple form.

E.Factor membership is free of charge and will continue until you choose to unsubscribe. If you no longer wish to be part of this community, simply send us an email at unsubscribe@efactor.com and let us know. We will disable or remove our profile as you wish.

How do I unsubscribe?

Although we will do everything possible to make it attractive enough to continue as a member, we do understand that you may want to unsubscribe from our platform for some reason.

To unsubscribe is very simple - please send us an email at unsubscribe@efactor.com. We would really appreciate it if you can give us some feedback as to why you no longer wish to make use of the E.Factor. It all helps us in our continuous quest to be the best there is....

How do I stop recurring payments for a Premium Service I bought?

It is easy enough to stop your payments. Just let us know and we will not take any further payments from you.

Cancellation of a Premium Service always takes effect at the end of the period you originally bought the Service for. So at the end of the month, quarter or year, depending on your original selection when you bought the service (1, 3 or 12 months). We cannot refund for any remaining months in the period, but will simply let it run out at the end and allow you to continue to use the Service in question until then.

Please write to us at unsubscribe@efactor.com and tell us that you wish to stop your subscription. We will send you an acknowledgement email by return mail.

Tell me about E.Factor Lounges!

Your E.Lounge is your flexible, and very afffordable business office!!

You can choose to have Domestic access - the lounge(s) in your own country, or International access - all the lounges we have around the globe - so that you can decide precisely what you need and where you need it.

Our E.Lounges provide you with flexible workspace where you can sit down for a few hours, have the ability to hire a conference room for a meeting, meet and network with other E.Factor members or attend workshops held by E.Factor or members themselves.

As we search out the best possible locations, we will partner with providers of premium spaces. Therefore, each Lounge that we add to the list will have its own rules and regulations. As an E.Factor Lounge Member you will be asked to adhere to the local rules which will be available at each location and/or will be specified by E.Factor via the site under "House Rules" located on the side of each Lounge in our  E.Lounge section

In the US we ask Members to carry the personal ID card that you will receive to gain access to the Lounge. A Lounge partner has the right to refuse anyone who is unable to show his/her E.Factor First Class Member ID. Lounge Partners equally retain the right to refuse entrance, or remove from the location any member who shows inappropriate, intoxicated or disruptive behaviour.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We're proud of the quality and value of all our Premium services. If at any time you are not satisfied with the service please email your comments and/or questions to accounts@efactor.com. We will assess each case individually and always strive to resolve to your satisfaction.

E.Factor Premium Services: The E.Factor Premium Services supplied under the E.Factor Packages or as individual items can change from time to time. Information will always be updated on the site to reflect accurately what is in place at any one time.  Members should be aware that data may be passed to the Organisation that will supply the benefit itself or any other plan such as may be offered in the future. No claims can be made against E.Factor under the Data Privacy laws if a Member chooses to apply for the Premium Services offered by E.Factor.

All Fees Charged in U.S. Dollars: Regardless of your country of origin, all prices specified by E.Factor and all E.Factor charges made are in U.S. dollars.

Sales Tax: We do not charge sales tax on our Premium services.

Payment Forms Accepted: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express cards for payment as well as PayPal, but do not accept checks or money orders. Subscriptions are only available online; we cannot process orders by e-mail, postal mail, fax or phone.

Making Secure Payments Via Credit Card: Your credit card information is absolutely secure. E.Factor employs several layers of financial grade security to safeguard your payment transaction. In addition, we do not store your payment information after the payment transaction has been completed.

Purchase Receipts: We will provide a detailed Purchase Receipt in your Purchase History tab (see under My Account in your Dashboard) which you can print out for your record or simply view online at any time.
