Biography

As the founder of Chocolat Moderne, Joan is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in creating new and exciting flavor palate people may fall in love with. Joan is providing the best in chocolates for everyone.

Prior to founding Chocolat Moderne, Joan had a successful 20 year career in the financial services industry during which she worked for a number of top global financial institutions. Six of those years were spent in Moscow, during the rough and tumble days of Russia’s transition to a market economy. During those years, she was part of the management team that launched Chase Manhattan Bank’s Russian subsidiary.
