Bad Girl Ventures is a non-profit, micro-finance organization focused on educating and financing woman-owned startup companies. BGV has financed 26 women with $700,000. SoMoLend is new technology platform that connects business borrowers seeking loans of $1,000,000 or less with lenders looking to make a return on investment. To date, SoMoLend has partnered with KeyBank, who has committed to lending at least $1 million on SoMoLend, and up to $50 million, in the first year of operations.
David Borish, owner of CrowdHut, the first full-service platform for crowdfunded products and services. CrowdHut allows those entrepreneurs who have at some point successfully raised capital for their product or service through crowdfunding to sell their product through CrowdHut's recently launched eCommerce website.
