What's Your Business Strategy?

You have just started your business...why would you even think about your strategy? Isn't it true that it will change anyhow?

We are here to tell you that it has been proven that if you spend some time thinking about all the different paths you can take and then carefully and  rationally choose one way to go, you are far more likely to succeed then if you just shoot with hail. Strategy is focus, and focus gives you peace of mind and a clear goal.

This webinar, will give you insight in developing your strategy. It will look at both internal and external factors of your business. And lastly, it will show you how a strategy can be divided into multiple milestones, which ultimately lead to an easy to follow daily to-do list.  

Presenter: Eva Hukshorn

Eva has 7 years of experience as a financial & strategic advisor in Investment Banking in London, Amsterdam and New York for Accenture and ABN AMRO / RBS. During these years, she worked on a variety of projects mainly with an international focus. In 2010, she became an entrepreneur & investor herself.

Currently, Eva is a partner at EFactor. Eva coaches several start-ups and is Board of Advisory of TreFoil Energy, CleanDrinks and Global Thinkers. Eva was nominated La Femme Formidable 2012 by Marie Claire Magazine.

Her key experience is in process management of Mergers & Acquisitions and strategic & financial guidance of companies.

Eva has a master degree in Financial Economics (MSCi), studied International Asian Politics in Taiwan and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She is expected to graduate in December 2012 for her diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (DipIFRS) by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In 2011, she passed her Colloquium in General & Modern Art in Amsterdam.

Thank you all for your registration and attending our Funding Tuesday Webinar! It was a huge success with overwhelming positive reactions! 

Today we spoke about strategy and the most important analyses to use when writing your business plan and determining you positioning. We spoke about SWOT Analysis, Porter’s models and BCG Matrix.

It has been proven that if you spend some time thinking about all the different paths you can take and then carefully and  rationally choose one way to go, you are far more likely to succeed then if you just shoot with hail. Strategy is focus, and focus gives you peace of mind and a clear goal.
